Order Processing Time: Every order requires an important phase of preparation—gathering, enchanting, and carefully packaging your items. Our team typically takes 2 to 5 business days to process your order before it begins its transit journey.
Tarot & Oracle Deck Exceptions: Please note that certain special and limited edition Tarot and Oracle decks are printed-on-demand or require specialized packaging. For these unique items, please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery as we await their printing and final preparation. This ensures they arrive with the highest quality and energy.

💰 The Energy Exchange: Shipping Fees
Variable Costs: Shipping fees are determined by several cosmic factors, including your location, the weight and size of the items in your order, and the specific shipping service you choose.
Visibility at Checkout: To maintain transparency, you will be able to view all available shipping options and their associated prices at the final step of checkout, before you complete your purchase.
🌙 After the Purchase: Tracking & Delivery
Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has left our hands and been handed over to our trusted carriers, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking information (where available).
Delivery Times: The actual delivery time after dispatch is variable and depends on the shipping method selected and your final destination. International orders may also experience additional time for customs clearance, which is outside of our direct control.
International Customs Note: For our friends outside of [Your Company's Country], please be aware that your local government may impose customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are not included in our shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Our Magickal Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Meadow Bears Magick, we want your journey with our products to be filled with positive energy. If a product doesn't quite resonate with your spirit, here is our policy for returns and exchanges (or "Sending the Magick Back").
General Returns & Exchanges (30-Day Window)
We happily accept returns and exchanges on most products within 30 days of receiving your item.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- How to Initiate: Please contact our coven support team at meadowbearsmagick@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return/exchange. We will guide you through the process.
- Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, typically within 7-10 business days.
The Sacred Vows: Final Sale Items (No Returns/Exchanges)
Certain items are custom-created, specially charged, or instantly delivered, meaning their energetic connection or digital format makes them a Final Sale.
All sales are final on the following products:
- Spell Kits & Ritual Tools: Due to the energetic nature of these items, once a spell kit or ritual item is opened or handled, the sale is considered final.
- Personalized & Custom Items: Products tailored specifically to you (e.g., custom-drawn sigils, personalized readings) cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Digital Products: This includes all Digital Tarot/Oracle Card Decks and Digital Wall Prints. Once the digital file is downloaded, the sale is final and irreversible.
Note: We recommend reading all product descriptions carefully before making your final selection to ensure the item resonates with your intention.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged during its journey, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately! We will work swiftly to correct the cosmic imbalance and send a replacement item (subject to availability) or offer a full refund.
